We are seeking to expand our team with a reliable, detail-oriented Tag Title & Administrative Specialist to assist us in managing paperwork, customer registrations, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Position Overview:
As a Tag Title & Administrative Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring all legal paperwork, title processing, and customer service documentation are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to vehicle registration, titling, and administrative support for our trailer sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vehicle title and registration paperwork for custom boat trailers.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding trailer titling and registration.
• Communicate with customers to collect necessary documents for title processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and paperwork.
• Coordinate with DMV offices and relevant authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Handle filing, data entry, and other general office duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in title and registration processing or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of trailers or automotive titling processes is a plus, but not required.
