Operations Lead - Manufacturing

We are seeking a resourceful, hands-on Operations Liaison to help "run the rhythm" of the business. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between the executive team and daily operations, ensuring key priorities are executed with accountability.

Your day-to-day will involve coordinating equipment maintenance, overseeing property management and tenant needs, and sourcing vital supplies. You’ll be the glue that holds the internal coordination together—from managing freight partnerships to planning team events. salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between owner/executive team and operations team—ensure priorities are executed
• Help “run the rhythm” of the business: follow-ups, accountability, tracking, and communication
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing for equipment (scheduling vendors, tracking repairs, keeping logs)
• Oversee property management responsibilities (keeping property pristine, collecting payments, coordinating realtors for showings, supporting tenant needs)
• Source/procure office + warehouse supplies/equipment (quotes, ordering, vendor coordination)
• Support executive team with planning: lunches/events, team needs, and internal coordination
• Help maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors/suppliers (including freight partners)
• Step in to backfill/support operational gaps when needed—hands-on, resourceful support
