IT Recruiter
Kforce has a client seeking a Tech Recruiter in Miami, FL (Florida). Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles within the aviation MRO environment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Create and post job openings using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake
- Proactively source candidates using Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend employment offers and support offer negotiations
- Collaborate with third-party recruiting agencies when applicable
- Support onboarding processes and handoff to HR (preferred experience)
- Assist with career fairs and recruiting events as needed
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation.
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (aviation, technical, or operations a plus)
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably ADP Recruitment
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Onboarding experience is a strong plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
