Position Summary:

CoAdvantage, an Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a more structured, scalable hiring function across the organization.

As a high-growth, private equity-backed HCM company of approximately 800 employees, CoAdvantage is entering a phase where hiring needs to become more disciplined, data-driven, and aligned to long-term business priorities. This role will be responsible for establishing a centralized talent acquisition function that improves quality of hire, strengthens employer brand, and enables more intentional talent planning across the organization.

The Sr. Manager will work closely with business leaders and HR to standardize recruiting processes, introduce consistent hiring practices, and build capabilities that support both external hiring and internal mobility. This role will also play a key part in leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and decision-making.

This position requires a leader who can both build and execute—someone comfortable creating structure while remaining hands-on in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities and Priorities Include:

Build & Lead Talent Acquisition Function

· Establish a centralized talent acquisition function, including processes, tools, and operating model

· Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategy to business priorities

· Develop and implement standardized recruiting workflows and best practices

· Serve as a hands-on leader in key searches, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill roles

Quality of Hire & Talent Strategy

· Improve quality of hire through structured screening, assessment, and selection processes

· Partner with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and hiring prioritization

· Build frameworks for identifying and attracting top talent across key functions

· Develop talent pipelines for critical roles

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

· Strengthen CoAdvantage’s employer brand in the market

· Improve candidate experience through consistent communication and streamlined processes

· Ensure alignment between brand messaging and candidate touchpoints

Internal Mobility & Talent Development

· Partner with HR to build internal mobility programs and career pathways

· Enable more intentional development and movement of talent across the organization

· Support leaders in identifying and developing internal talent

Technology, Automation & AI Enablement

· Leverage recruiting technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability

· Introduce automation where appropriate to reduce manual effort and cycle times

· Use data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes

Candidate Profile:

Required Experience

· 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership roles

· Experience building or transforming recruiting functions in growing organizations

· Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with business leaders

· Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, tools, and best practices

· Experience improving hiring processes and outcomes

Preferred Experience

· Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment

· Experience in HCM, HR services, or related industries

· Experience implementing or optimizing ATS platforms and recruiting technologies

· Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation
