Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional and experienced server to join our team of hospitality professionals at GG's Waterfront. If you have a passion for fine dining and a dedication to providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. GG’s Waterfront is a Chef-driven, modern American restaurant. Serving elegant cuisine dockside with magnificent views of daily sunsets. GG's Waterfront features fresh sea bass, chilled seafood towers, Florida stone crabs, bone-in NY strip steaks, and a Wine Spectator Award winning wine list.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a refined dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, including food and beverage pairings.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through proactive service.
• Ensure a pristine and polished dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace.
• Process payments and maintain accurate checklists.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktail pairings, with a passion for culinary arts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• A polished appearance and a strong sense of professionalism.
• A valid Florida Food Handlers License.
