- Assist teachers in classrooms with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or VPK as needed
- Supervise and engage children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play
- Support classroom routines, learning activities, and supervision
- Help maintain clean and organized classroom environments
- Provide coverage during staff breaks or absences
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children required
- Must meet Florida DCF training requirements
- Flexible, dependable, and comfortable supporting multiple classrooms
- Positive team attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Energetic and adaptable
- Warm and patient with children
- Strong teamwork skills
