Private Duty Caregiver Openings – CNA / Certified HHA (Daytime W-2 Roles)
Work in Home Care with Concierge Care – Flexible PRN Scheduling & Weekly Pay
Concierge Care is currently expanding our agency caregiver team and is seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides to provide support to clients living in private homes throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas . These opportunities are structured as W-2 employment with ongoing PRN availability, dependable office communication, and no requirement for caregivers to carry personal liability insurance .

- Fernandina Beach, Amelia, Yulee, Hilliard, Callahan
Orange Park, Middleburg, and Macclenny
Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and Palatka

Role Benefits
Weekly Pay Structure: Typical earnings range from $18 to $22 per hour depending on the assignment
Ongoing Client Needs: PRN scheduling that often develops into regular weekly hours
Daytime Assignments: Ideal for caregivers seeking daytime availability
Reliable Agency Support: Assistance provided from onboarding through active placements
Insurance Coverage Included: No out-of-pocket liability insurance required for agency employees
Required Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training program
(Certificates based only on prior agency employment are not accepted)Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
CPR certification
Social Security card
Health statement dated within the past six months verifying you are free of communicable diseases
Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
