Job Description Summary

Supports the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the Company’s performance, and providing management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, and actions for improving operating and financial results.

Job Description

Compiles and analyzes the Company’s financialinformation to prepare operating and financial reports, summaries, and business plans for management, and creates equity and financingpackagessummarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporatedecisions.

Gathers data and developsreports and trend analyses on rent-levels and occupancyfiguresbyperforminganalysisof rent appropriatenesstodetermine recommendations to improve financiallevels.

Assistsincompleting and preparing rolling5-yearstrategic plans, maycoordinate underwriting process for large and opportunistictransactions, and assistinoverseeinginvestment and co-investmentprograms.

Prepares and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries,invoices, and other accounting documents andresearches and resolvesdiscrepancies as necessary.

Performs marketsurveys for due diligenceby preparing metrics,comparing and analyzing data, and finalizingroll- ups for audits.

Completesvarious financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties asassigned or asnecessary.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related field , along with experience in the multifamily industry . This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of multifamily operations, market dynamics, and investment principles. Ideal candidates will bring both academic knowledge and practical expertise to support strategic decision-making and drive performance in a multifamily environment.

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
