Receptionist
Job Summary: City Kia Of Orlando is seeking a friendly bilingual customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, catering to the needs of our customers. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, responsible for greeting and assisting customers, directing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our dealership. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service teams
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory
- Create and maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the reception area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate to the appropriate personnel when necessary
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a good understanding of our dealership's products and services to effectively answer customer questions
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays, as needed
