GI APRN AdventHealth Riverview
AdventHealth Riverview is seeking a compassionate and skilled Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing team in southern Hillsborough County. This brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital opened in 2024 and is designed to deliver exceptional care with advanced technology and a patient-first approach. In this role, you’ll collaborate with gastroenterologists and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive digestive health services, ensuring whole-person care—body, mind, and spirit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans for GI conditions.
- Assist with procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
- Educate patients and families on digestive health, prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to AdventHealth’s mission and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing and current APRN certification.
- Active Florida APRN license.
- Gastroenterology experience required for this position
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
