Part Time Household Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (25 hours/week)

Location: Naples, FL 34109

Start date: As soon as the right person is found

We are a warm, busy family of four (plus one small dog) looking for an extremely reliable,

detail-oriented, and proactive household assistant to keep our home running smoothly while we

care for our newborn twins. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on structure and takes

pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Responsibilities: You will follow a detailed daily checklist consisting of the

following:

• Laundry (gather, wash, dry, fold/put away throughout the shift)

• Bottle sterilizing and dishwashing

• Grocery unloading and fridge organization (washing & prepping fruits/vegetables)

• Meal prepping (simple meals – recipes and groceries will be provided)

• Housekeeping on a rotating schedule (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms &

kitchen, dusting)

• Restocking household items and monitor inventory levels

Who you are:

• Extremely reliable and punctual – this is non-negotiable

• Previous private home experience (nanny, housekeeper, mother’s helper, or family

assistant) - strongly preferred

• Proactive, fast-moving, and able to stick to a timed checklist without constant direction

• Detail-oriented and takes genuine pride in a spotless home

• Comfortable with a small dog in the home

• TDAP vaccinated - strongly preferred

• Non-smoker and comfortable wearing a mask around the babies if asked

• Able to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Excellent English and references we can speak with
