You will start at our current location, and then become part of our opening team at our new location at the Galleria Shoppes in North Naples.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Ambrosi and Sons, directly interacting with our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them in locating items, addressing any concerns, and checking out. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers have a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions they may have.

- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

- Assisting at checkout.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings, including specialty Italian foods, beverages, and other market items.

- Stay informed about seasonal promotions, new arrivals, and product features to assist customers effectively.

- Familiarity with wine and wine pairings is a plus, enhancing the customer experience for those seeking wine-related guidance.

- Assistant at wine tasting events.

Store Maintenance:

- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are well-presented.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- A passion for Italian cuisine and culture is a plus!

- Knowledge of wine is a bonus, as it will help serving our customers better.
