Procurment Analyst

We are seeking a curious, investigative, and self-motivated Procurement Analyst to join our Asset Management team in Altamonte Springs. This is an essential role for a "puzzle-solver"—someone who enjoys digging into data, asking the right questions, and ensuring every piece of the procurement process fits perfectly.

We are less concerned with your mastery of specific ERP software and more interested in your investigative nature and sense of urgency. If you are a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain, or a professional with a strong foundation in logistics who loves to multitask, we will provide the training to help you bridge any technical gaps.

salary: $22 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate whether products should be sourced through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or third-party vendors based on department guidelines and value.
• Review vendor quotes for labor and parts to ensure pricing aligns with organizational guidelines. Ensure all repairs outside of contract coverage are billed at negotiated rates.
• Review equipment repair history and perform cost-benefit analyses to determine if repairs are cost-effective or if equipment replacement is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred).
• 3+ years of related experience is preferred, but we are open to high-potential candidates with a strong science/business background and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn computerized data systems (VendorMate, Premier, MMIS).
