Personal Assistant
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of a business executive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and jumping in to help wherever needed with a “no task too small” mindset.
Job Duties:- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and set reminders
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Assist with travel planning, personal appointments, and errands
- Take on miscellaneous requests to support business operations in both office and outdoor settings, collaborating with all teams
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support for computers, phones, tablets, camera systems, and more.
Requirements:
- Comfortable when taking direction and switching tasks quickly
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), with intermediate level Excel proficiency (comfortable with IF statements, lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, relative/absolute references)
- Generally good with technology and able to learn new tools easily
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive professional and personal information
- Valid and clean Florida Driver's License, with the ability to drive up to two hours for local errands
- Excellent English language skills
