What You'll Do as a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm

Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance

Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation

Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects

Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement

Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations

Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement

Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks

Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)

Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance

Flexible schedule - weekends REQUIRED

Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred

Stable work history

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
