Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines, including multi-axis equipment, to produce parts within exact tolerances.

• Work with hard tooling and ensure parts meet rigorous specifications and quality standards.

• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools to verify accuracy.

• Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical drawings.

• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal output.

• Maintain proper documentation of work performed, inspections, and machine adjustments.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

• Strong background with tight tolerance machining (down to microns preferred).

• Experience with multi-axis machining centers (3-, 4-, or 5-axis).

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

• Hands-on experience with hard tooling and precision components.

• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
