As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Content Manager to elevate our online presence and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
Position Overview:
The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content that supports marketing goals, enhances brand visibility, and drives customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with dealership goals
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and timely updates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to produce relevant and impactful content
- Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Oversee social media channels, including content calendars, posting, and audience engagement
- Coordinate multimedia content creation including photos, videos, and graphics
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital content management or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive industry experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
