Sr Specialist Payroll Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Process U.S. payroll transactions accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
- Respond to Tier 2 payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll activities including:
- Final pay processing
- Retroactive payments
- Tax adjustments
- Overpayments and corrections
- Benefits balancing
- Deductions and arrears setup
- Preparation of W-2c forms
- Ensure proper documentation, audit support, and tracking of payroll activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
- Strong ability to handle payroll inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Experience with payroll systems and data management
Education/Experience:
- High School
