- Work outdoors doing general yard and warehouse labor
- Sweep, shovel, and keep work areas clean and safe
- Help weigh, sort, and move scrap metal and materials
- Operate a forklift (or learn-we train)
- Inspect incoming scrap and help customers understand what we accept
- Cross-train and help where needed-no two days are the same
- Dependable workers who show up on time and ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and weather
- Able to stand or walk most of the shift (up to 12 hours)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience is a plus-but not required. We train the right people
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must pass hair drug test and background check
