pool maintenance tech
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, salt systems, automation systems, and plumbing components
- Perform service and warranty work on equipment from major brands including Jandy, Pentair, Hayward, and AquaCal
- Install and replace pumps, filters, salt cells, heaters, and automation components
- Identify leaks, plumbing issues, and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain detailed service reports and document repairs performed
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and keep tools organized
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every service call
