Sales Support Specialist

Golden Lighting is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is the perfect launchpad for a recent college graduate or current student looking to build a career in business operations and sales. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):
1. Be the "Data Detective" (Reporting & Analysis)
- Manage and audit our eCAT system to ensure product data is 100% accurate.
- Use your love for numbers to build and maintain sales reports in Excel. You’ll track trends, spot opportunities, and keep the team informed.
- Turn raw data into actionable insights for the sales team.
2. Drive Sales Operations
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our product launches and promotions run smoothly.
- Take initiative on special team projects—we love it when you find a better way to do things!

Skills & Requirements:
- Excel Proficiency is a Must: You should be comfortable with formulas, formatting, and organizing large sets of data.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new software (like our CRP and eCAT platforms) quickly.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills are non-negotiable.
