- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and scheduling deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain and update customer account information, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients.
- Support in resolving issues or service concerns quickly and professionally.
- Prepare account activity reports and assist with data analysis when needed.
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics or CRM systems a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of professionalism.
