Mental Health Provider
- Actively participates in staff meetings and case presentations.
- Provides patient-centered therapy interventions emphasizing patient involvement as an integral part of the treatment team.
- Utilizes the electronic medical record to document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information and completes documentation within the agency’s required timelines.
- Collaboratively develops treatment plans including input from the patient, families, treatment team members and other agencies, as appropriate.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to diversity issues in the assessment and treatment of patients.
- Demonstrates respect for the inherent dignity and worth of the patients.
- Actively monitors patient progress towards goals and addresses termination/discharge related issues, providing outside referrals at discharge/termination, as appropriate.
- Comfortable providing 6 hours of clinical care per day, usually scheduling as many clients needed to reach that target.
- Qualified Supervision towards licensure

- Salary or Fee-for-Serve compensation. (Starting salary is $50,000 but total compensation between $50,000-$80,000+ depending on compensation option)

- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy .
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.
