Anytime Fitness - Tampa FL is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their health & fitness goals. We’re looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and isn’t scared of sales. This position will start Part-Time at approximately 20 hours/week, but has the potential to become Full-Time within the first 90 days.

The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, professional sales skills, and the ability to coach people with a wide range of fitness levels.

To be considered for this position, you must:

Hold a Personal Training certification
Preferably having formal education in a health & wellness related field
Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
Enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds
Have strong sales and customer service skills
Be comfortable with performance-based compensation and monthly KPIs
Be a team player and thrive in a community-focused environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Delivering personalized & effective Personal and Group Training services
Building strong relationships with members to support their fitness journey
Promoting personal training services and helping members find the right programs for their goals
Utilizing social media and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the gym
Leading by example with a positive and motivating attitude
Assisting the Front Office Staff with membership sales and tours

Further Duties:

Community Engagement – Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs.
Networking & Client Outreach – Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Member Experience – Ensure that every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of our fitness family!

Important Notes:

This is a part-time position with the goal of becoming full-time in the first 90 days
Growth in compensation will be determined by hitting preset Sales & Performance Metrics
Personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required (or willingness to obtain them)
