Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery that require knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and general mechanical components.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from equipment operators / management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform PM services on necessary equipment.

The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (bilingual is welcome, but English proficiency is required).
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Proven experience ordering parts and managing small-scale maintenance projects.
• Valid and Clean Driver's License.
