Home Health Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem)

Come and Join Our Team!We provide services to the pediatric, adult and geriatric populations in Orange County, Osceola County, and Seminole County.
We have immediate openings for RNs:
- For comprehensive assessment of patient at start of care.
- Patient care coordination.
RNs and LPNs to provide:
- Intermittent skilled nursing care for patient in their home.
- Private Duty Nursing For Pediatrics and Adults:
- 8-hour shifts.
- 12-hour shifts.
- 16-hour shifts.
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing License.
- Level 2 Background Screening.
- Active BLS CPR Certification.
- Home health care experience not required!
