Overview:
- Provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting.
- Focus on safe, efficient care and coordination with the clinical team.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
Schedule:
- Full-time; day/night shifts available.
