Location : Miami Lakes / Hialeah, FL
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay : $18–$22/hour (based on experience)

We’re now hiring a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to help clients smoothly begin care — and to help our team stay organized and efficient.

About the Role:

The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for new clients. You will answer inquiries, guide them through the intake process, collect required documentation, verify insurance, and schedule initial appointments.

This role requires excellent people skills , fluency in English and Spanish , and the ability to stay organized while moving fast .

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
• Explain available services and direct clients to the right division (ABA, therapy, psychiatry, etc.)
• Send and collect intake documents.
• Verify insurance and discuss client eligibility.
• Schedule initial assessments and follow-ups.
• Communicate with providers and clinical staff.
• Keep intake records updated in our system.
• Maintain a calm, helpful attitude — even under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fast learner with great attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy: email, online forms, Google Docs/Sheets.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in a behavioral health, medical, or front-desk role.
• Familiarity with insurance verification.
• Knowledge of ABA, therapy, or psychiatry terminology.
