Lead Spa Receptionist
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Schedule appointments and manage calendars- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role in a Med Spa preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Multilingual abilities are a plus- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products or services- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:- Sales experience is desirable for assisting customers with purchases- Retail sales knowledge for upselling or cross-selling opportunities- Familiarity with operating a cash register for processing payments
