Kitchen Manager
Flan Factory is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead our fast-paced Cuban kitchen. This role oversees line cooks, inventory, prep planning, and food safety while ensuring consistent execution and strong team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage line cooks
- Create prep lists and manage production
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Maintain food safety standards
- Control food cost and waste
- Train kitchen team members
- Conduct quality and line checks
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- 4+ years kitchen leadership experience
- Food Manager Certification (required)
- High-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Weekend availability
Compensation
- $64,000–$74,000 salary (based on experience)
- Bonus potential
- Full-time position
