Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various metals, interpreting technical drawings, and operating fabrication machinery to produce high-quality components.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication (3+ years preferred) proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery such as operating & programming of computerized Fanuc CNC punch press., press brakes and shears.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

General Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal sheets using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to Operate/Program and use a computerized Fanuc CNC punch press.
• Operate small press brakes and sheet metal shear.
• Ability to use measuring devices, including tape measure, calipers and sheet metal gauge micrometer.
• Assemble fabricated parts using welding, riveting, or fastening techniques.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
