Client Growth Strategist
Are you a relationship builder with a knack for turning happy clients into loyal champions and referrers? WeCare tlc, a woman-owned, mission driven healthcare company is looking for a Client Growth Strategist (CGS) to drive strategic client growth, expand service adoption, and turn customer love into lasting partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape client relations & business development for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Customer Ladder - move clients from users > champions > referrers.
- Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights.
- Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions.
- Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model.
- Train and empower clients to become active referrers.
What Success Looks Like:
- 30% increase in multi-service adoption.
- 25% reduction in time-to-upgrade.
- 2+ client referrals per quarter.
- 60% of clients become raving fans by year-end.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3-5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations.
- Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus.
