College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is looking to hire Movers!  Get paid to stay fit, build your resume and work side-by-side with phenomenal mentors who will help develop you as a leader. We want to fully support and see you grow personally and professionally!

Compensation: Base hourly pay starts at $15 . If you include tips, bonuses, and commissions your pay can add up to $25 an hour!

Job Summary

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Responsibilities):

1. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
2. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
3. Lead by example. Always be branding.
4. Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
5. Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
6. Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
7. SAFELY operate at all times.
8. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
9. Make sure the truck has enough supplies, safety equipment, and marketing material.
10. Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
11. Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose of, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
12. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
13. Check-in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance
14. Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Qualifications):

1. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
2. Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
3. Eligible to work in the United States.
4. Reliable transportation to and from work.
5. Valid/Active Driver's License.
6. Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
