Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with OpenText eDOCS EDMS with experience preferably in Leadership, Team Lead, or Principal Lead Technician or Escalations role.
• Experience in guiding and advising EDMS team members, management as needed.
• Advanced EDMS experience (5+ years)
• Systems analysis/programming experience, working with large-scale implementations, system upgrades, and library consolidations (3-5 years)
• Experience in minicomputer or client/server environments, including the implementation and support of resource planning, marketing, financial, and distribution systems.
• Experience in analyzing, planning, creating, and implementing document control-related IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures.
• Experience with several coding languages, including .NET
• Experience with databases and reporting tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and supporting SQL Server database environments.
• Experience with software applications relating to spatial data, indexing concepts, and related functionality.
• Experience with data integrity concerns, safeguards, and security.
• Experience in maintaining and managing server environments, including both on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with server patching, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting in hybrid server/cloud environments.

Preferred:
• Experience with project management principles, methods, standards, and related artifacts as defined by the Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMBOK standards

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Advanced experience in supporting OpenText ECM eDOCS Version 5.X or higher in a distributed environment.
•Perform Library Maintenance and OpenText database table administration tasks using various OpenText Administration tools.
• This support will include end-user support, server management, and operational maintenance of EDMS server environments both on-premises and in the Azure cloud.
• Maintain and monitor EDMS server environments, including physical and virtual servers in the on-premises data center, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance.
• Perform regular server patching, updates, and configuration management to maintain security and compliance standards on all EDMS servers.
• Manage and coordinate backup and recovery processes for EDMS data and related databases to safeguard against data loss.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-level and application-level issues affecting EDMS availability and functionality.
