- Job Title: Social Media Manager
- Location: REMOTE (U.S Based)
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $105,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's social media strategy
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience with social media analytics tools
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Demonstrated success in growing social media presence
- Experience in customer service and engagement
