Coffee-Juice Bar Lead Associate

Position Summary:

Oakes Farms Seed to Table, a world class celebration of food, a complete culinary, dining, shopping and entertainment experience is searching for juice bar associates who are capable of delivering quality customer service.

The Juice Bar Associate position includes offering the ultimate customer experience while creating and serving our amazing juices and smoothies. Duties include preparing and prepping fresh fruits and vegetables, managing product freshness, improving facility cleanliness, and ensuring that every customer is satisfied.

Essential Job Functions:

• Consistently serve all Oakes Farms Juice Bar products to specification in a timely manner as required by the company.
• Ability to clean and maintain store work areas, equipment, and customer access areas.
• Consistently provide an exceptional customer service experience by adhering to the Oakes Farms Juice Bar standard.
• Stock and prep all supplies throughout the store on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to learn, take direction from your supervisor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and have fun!
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiently work the cash register, handle cash, and credit card transactions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance
• Oversee product prep and ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste
• Support shift scheduling, time management, and labor tracking
