Abouut Us:

Go Flow Concierge Wellness is a leading concierge wellness and physical therapy practice dedicated to helping professionals, corporate employee clients,and active adults aged 30-60 achieve optimal health and wellness. We are seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team on a per diem basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver corrective exercise training to clients for injury prevention, performance improvement, postural improvement, and weight or body tranformation support.
• Provide stretch therapy in person or mobile for injury prevention and performance recovery.
• Provide wellness coaching, both in-person and virtually.
• Sell fitness and wellness memberships, packages and sessions to client leads in-person and over the phone.
• Conduct personal training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually.
• Work independently with clients to achieve their wellness goals.
• Collaborate with our team and contribute to our positive, health-focused environment.
• Go through our training program to learn and manage virtual wellness coaching platform including fitness and nutrition coaching within the scope of a wellness fitness coach.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness training and wellness coaching (exercise and nutrition).
• Experience or be interested and willing to learn and get certified in stretch therapy.
• Proven ability to sell fitness and wellness services.
• Experienced and willing to promote and sell wellness items.
• Strong, professional, and resoectful communication skills with a passion for health and wellness.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.when needed.
