Part Time Overnight Unarmed Security Guard
About the Job:
- This is a permanent part-time position.

- Shifts: 12:00am - 8:00am, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays.
- Extra Shifts: Availability to cover colleague's vacations, and double pay for holidays.
- Job Type: Permanent Part-time Position.
Job Details:
- Security guard (unarmed) for a condominium front desk.
- Open doors for all arrivals, monitor security cameras around the building.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the property.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder, investigate, and report
- Greet owners and guests with a friendly smile.
- Must be able to sit for long periods and stay awake.
- Must be able to climb a flight of stairs.
- Log incoming packages.
- Answer incoming calls.
Requirements:
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- 18 years or older.
Compensation :
- Hourly wage based upon experience.
