LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal for a respected law firm in the Tampa area.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of insurance defense experience and be comfortable managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with a firm that values its employees and offers long-term career growth.

Qualifications:
  • 4-5+ years of insurance defense paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
