What You'll Do

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building activities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs

• Educate clients on available coverage options and help them make informed decisions

• Guide clients through the quoting and application process from start to finish

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to identify additional opportunities

• Develop referral relationships with local professionals and community partners

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities

• Participate in training, coaching, and team development programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience preferred

• Insurance experience is a plus but not required

• Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required

• Ability to obtain required licensing if applicable
