Job Description

As a Dealership Valet Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned parking lanes or zones. This includes managing the performance of attendants, ensuring smooth and efficient parking operations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Valet Supervisor reports directly to the Account Manager and ensures that company standards for safety, service, and operational efficiency are met at all times.

Hands-On Training & Responsibilities

• Employee, training, and management
• Scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
• Administration of company policies with HR and the Area Manager
• Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
• Conducting daily safety reviews and enforcing compliance
• Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License – Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, payroll, and client interactions
• Excellent Communication – Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients

Working Conditions:

• Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
