Paralegal - Litigation
Mid-Sized firm downtown seeks:
Paralegal with experience in commercial litigation with a minimum of 5 yrs of experience.
The candidate must be a pro-active individual who can take a case from inception thru trial. E-discovery is a very big plus. The candidate will have experience in both State and Federal cases.
Furthermore, the candidate will have experience with E-filing, Juris, iManage, Client Profiles/Aderant Total Office, or similar software.The candidate will have very strong trial experience. Experience on the plaintiff side of law is a big plus.
Compensation is very competitive.
