One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Product Manager (Hardware Solutions) in the United States .

We’re looking for a senior-level Product Manager with a strong foundation in computer hardware systems, particularly those used in data centers or private cloud environments. This individual will lead product strategy and development for a cutting-edge engineered hardware solution designed to optimize Postgres SQL and AI workloads. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative infrastructure solutions to life—delivering robust, scalable, and production-ready systems that enable high-performance data operations. This is a remote-first role open to U.S.-based candidates, with occasional travel (up to 30%) required for vendor and stakeholder meetings.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for hardware-integrated data solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring successful product integration and execution
• Define and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business and customer needs
• Support go-to-market efforts including product launches, sales enablement, and field readiness
• Work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to deliver performance-optimized solutions
• Act as a customer advocate, incorporating feedback to drive continuous product improvement

• Proven success as a product manager within enterprise infrastructure or hardware solutions
• Strong understanding of compute, memory, and storage system performance
• Knowledge of distributed systems, high-availability infrastructure, and storage scaling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience delivering cross-functional, large-scale product initiatives
• Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of database technologies, particularly Postgres, is highly preferred
• Bonus: Background in platforms like Teradata, Oracle Exadata/RAC, VMWare, or Nutanix
• Bonus: Exposure to AI infrastructure and hardware acceleration technologies (e.g., GPUs)
