BOB Hotels in Tallahassee is seeking experienced Housekeeping Attendants in a full-time role to join our team of professionals. This position is integral to the success of the organization, and our Housekeeping Attendants will help to build the brand by being fully contributing members of the team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and the back of the house
  
• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  
• Maintain and uphold housekeeping departmental standards
  
• Respond promptly to guests' special requests for items like cribs and extra towels
  
• Manage inventory of supplies
  
• Report maintenance issues promptly
  
• Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guests
  
• Cross-train in laundry and breakfast departments
  
• Perform additional duties as required
  

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  
• Highly responsible & reliable
  
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  

Physical Requirements:

This job involves regular standing, walking, reaching, using hands, and communicating. It may also require stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, tasting, or smelling, as well as occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
