Remote Telesales Representative

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance and customer engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate advantages effectively to customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Possession of a life and health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one.
