Position Overview

As a Commercial Electrician , you'll work on a variety of commercial electrical systems , performing installations, maintenance, and repairs for new construction projects, remodels, and service work. You'll read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and schematics to complete accurate wiring layouts and terminations that meet NEC codes and company safety standards . Daily responsibilities include running conduit, pulling wire, connecting circuits, and troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure reliable power and system performance. You'll also mentor apprentice electricians , assist with on-site training , and help maintain an efficient, safe, and organized job site. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM , with opportunities for overtime and advancement within a respected Central Florida electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial electrical work required

• Working knowledge of NEC codes and trade practices

• Ability to operate hand and power tools common to the trade

• Must have reliable transportation within the Central Florida area

• Capable of lifting and working at various heights safely

• Personal hand tools as required by company policy
