- Lead and develop the hospital team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Build staffing plans and schedules aligned to patient flow and service goals while managing labor budgets
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, billing accuracy, expense controls, and P&L stewardship
- Elevate client experience through service standards, feedback management, and timely communication
- Manage daily operations, including inventory oversight, vendor relations, equipment upkeep, and facility needs
- Drive marketing, client retention, and community engagement initiatives, including social media and local outreach
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, workplace safety, and accurate record-keeping
- Champion technology adoption and staff training to support efficient, high-quality care
- Collaborate with veterinarians and team leads to set goals, monitor KPIs, and execute improvement plans Requirements
- 3-5+ years of management experience, ideally in veterinary, medical, or multi-unit service environments
- Demonstrated skill in financial analysis and P&L responsibility
- CVPM, CVBL, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (not required)
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and change-management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting; able to work some evenings/weekends based on business needs
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and routine physical tasks as needed
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required Florida occupational or professional licensure, as applicable to the role Apply
