Location: North Miami, FL 33181

Pay: $18.00/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Invoice Coordinator to support customer invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, deposits, payments, and outstanding balances

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status

• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams regarding order readiness

• Maintain accurate records of payments and account activity

• Reconcile daily transactions and identify discrepancies

• Assist with administrative updates and customer account maintenance

• Communicate professionally with contractors and business customers

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Previous invoicing, billing, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with POS, ERP, or accounting systems is a plus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Rotating Saturdays required

• Every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
