We’re partnering with a well-established and growing commercial general contractor ($200M+ revenue) to identify a Chief Financial Officer who will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership.

• Support executive decision-making with actionable financial insights

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Experience scaling financial operations in a growing company
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
