We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative, in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment where the focus is on patient care—not unrealistic productivity quotas.

Schedule

• Full-Time with flexibility:
• Sunday–Thursday
• Tuesday–Saturday
• Monday–Friday (may be available)
• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active (or soon-to-be) Florida COTA License
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or clinical rotations preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
